Reset counter epson xp 330 not working

Hello everyone,

I have an Epson XP 330 printer and I'm trying to reset the counter to clear the ink pad is at the end of its service life message. I've tried following various online tutorials and using different software tools, but so far nothing has worked. Can anyone here provide some guidance or tips on how to successfully reset the counter on an Epson XP 330 printer?
