Epson xp 215 service required windows 7

Hello everyone,

I recently encountered an issue with my Epson XP 215 printer where it keeps showing the message service required on my Windows 7 computer. I have tried restarting the printer and reinstalling the drivers, but the problem still persists. Has anyone else experienced this issue before and found a solution? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
