Drum unit life end 3002 pantum ink

I recently came across an issue with my Pantum printer, specifically with the drum unit saying it has reached its end of life at only 3002 prints. Has anyone else experienced this problem with their Pantum printer? I'm curious if there is a fix or workaround for this issue, as it seems quite premature for the drum unit to fail so quickly. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
