I recently encountered an issue with my Epson WF-R8590 printer where it is showing an error message related to the ink pad. I have tried troubleshooting it but it seems like I need to use the Epson Ink Pad Reset Utility to fix the problem. Could anyone please provide me with more information on how to use this utility or any other possible solutions? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
