Epson l3060 ink and paper light blinking

I recently purchased an Epson L3060 printer and I am having issues with the ink and paper lights blinking constantly. I have tried troubleshooting by checking for paper jams and refilling the ink cartridges, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this issue with their Epson L3060 printer? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
