Epson me office 570 service required reset button

Hello everyone,

I recently encountered an issue with my Epson ME Office 570 printer. It is showing a service required message and I have been trying to reset it by pressing the reset button, but it doesn't seem to work. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? I would greatly appreciate any advice or tips on how to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance!
