Epson t50 service required windows 10

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now my Epson t50 printer is showing a service required error. I have tried troubleshooting and reinstalling the drivers, but the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
