Hi everyone,
I recently encountered an issue with my Epson WF 7840 printer where the ink cartridge holder won't move. I've tried troubleshooting by turning the printer off and on, as well as checking for any paper jams, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? Any advice on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
