Error Message when Activating Key
I went through the steps, after purchasing the key I tried to click activate online and got this error message. My firmware says it is correct, I have a replace ink code on the printer for blk cartridge. Tried looking online, many people have the same problem but no solution. Did we get scammed ?
Solution for Activating Key
Good day. Please, try to upload firmware in the service mode and then again in the normal mode. Once it is done try to activate again.

Thank you for the timely response! So hold down the stop, power, 1 button and then try to upload in that mode ? When I change the printer and go into the wic tool and click update firmware it already says the version. What do I do in that scenario?
