Epson WorkForce WF-R8590 Head ID input

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson WorkForce WF-R8590 printer and I am having trouble with the Head ID input. I have tried following the instructions in the manual, but I am still unable to get it to work properly. Can anyone offer any advice or suggestions on how to solve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
