Issue with XP-446 Printer after Upgrading to Chipless
Problem Description
After upgrading my XP-446 printer to chipless, everything loaded fine. However, when I insert my CIS cartridges, the printer shows an error message Can't find cartridge and then displays error code 000031. Even though the cartridges are properly clicked in, the issue persists.Solutions
- Try uploading the firmware once more time to see if it resolves the issue.- If the problem persists, it may indicate a hardware problem with the printer.
