Pantum toner remainder of toner cartridge is low after black

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a Pantum printer and have been using it for a while now. However, I have noticed that even though the black toner cartridge still has some toner left, the printer keeps showing a low toner warning.

I have tried shaking the cartridge and reinstalling it, but the issue still persists. Has anyone else experienced this problem with their Pantum printer? And does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
