Reset counter epson cx7700 not working

Hello everyone,

I recently tried to reset the counter on my Epson CX7700 printer, but it doesn't seem to be working. I followed the instructions online, but the printer still shows the same error message. Has anyone else encountered this issue before? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
