Reset counter epson dx3800 not working

Hello everyone,

I recently tried to reset the counter on my Epson DX3800 printer but it's not working. I followed all the instructions online but the problem still persists. Has anyone encountered this issue before or have any tips on how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
