Reset counter epson et 2610 not working

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to reset the counter on my Epson ET 2610 printer, but unfortunately, it is not working. I have followed all the steps mentioned in the manual, but the counter is still showing the same number. Can anyone please help me with this issue? I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thank you!
