Reset counter epson l3205 not working

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to reset the counter on my Epson L3205 printer but it's not working. I have followed all the steps correctly but the counter doesn't reset as it should. Has anyone experienced this issue before or have any suggestions on how to fix it? I would greatly appreciate any help or advice you can provide. Thank you!
