Reset counter epson pm 3700c not working

Hi everyone,

I'm currently having trouble resetting the counter on my Epson PM 3700c printer. I've tried following all the steps I found online, but it still doesn't seem to be working. Has anyone else encountered this issue before or have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
