Reset counter epson r310 not working

Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble resetting the counter for my Epson R310 printer. I've followed all the instructions online, but it's still not working. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? I would greatly appreciate any advice or tips on how to successfully reset the counter. Thank you!
