Reset counter epson wf 2520 manual

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson WF 2520 printer and I'm having trouble resetting the counter manually. I've followed the instructions provided by Epson, but it doesn't seem to be working. Has anyone had success with resetting the counter on this model? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
