Reset counter epson xp 2151 not working

I have been trying to reset the ink counter on my Epson XP 2151 printer but it doesn't seem to be working. I have followed all the instructions online but the printer still shows that the ink is low. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution? I would appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thank you.
