Reset Counter Epson XP-802

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson XP-802 printer and I'm having trouble resetting the counter. I've tried following some online tutorials but haven't had any luck. Can anyone offer some guidance or advice on how to successfully reset the counter on this printer model? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
