Reset counter printer

Hi everyone,

I recently encountered an issue with my printer's counter, which seems to be affecting its performance. I have tried resetting the counter following the manufacturer's instructions, but it doesn't seem to work. Has anyone here experienced similar issues with their printer counter? If so, could you please share any tips or solutions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
