Concerns about Virus Detection in Downloads
Question:
I've done 2 different downloads from 2Manuals, 1 is supposed to be for my service program. Both have triggered windows internal Virus detection citing Trojan's being apart of the download. Is there a Virus free version or something else I should know perhaps?Response:

According to our data you purchased adjustment program for SC-P5000, as you may know we did not write this application and received it as is, so we can not fix any issues that virus detection software may have with it. That said, before putting this program on the site, we run it from the virtual environment with the monitoring software and did not detect any unexpected activity, there was no network traffic at all and the only files that were written to the disk are those that required for application to run.Of course, your caution is understandable, if you still have doubts you may want to run this program from a virtual environment so any changes will be isolated from your real system.
