Hello everyone,
I am currently facing an issue with my WF-7840 printer related to the Platen Pad Waste ink counter. The printer has been displaying an error message indicating that the waste ink counter is full and needs to be reset. I have tried troubleshooting it myself, but have not been successful so far. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? If so, could you please provide some guidance or tips on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
