Firmware Update Issue
Problem Description
Hello John, one of my C5790 machines recently underwent an auto firmware update to version 16.62.CV20J9. Unfortunately, this update cannot be downgraded. I have attempted to install your firmware (CV14I9) multiple times, but it is not being accepted by the printer. Even in regular mode, the firmware upgrade is not allowed.
Looking for a Solution
I have purchased multiple licenses from you and am familiar with the process. Despite following the steps correctly, the printer is still not accepting the CV14I9 firmware. I have attached a picture showing the outcome after attempting the firmware upgrade in program update mode. Do you have any suggestions or solutions for this new firmware issue?
