Hi, I am using the firmware update tool to convert my WF2830 into chipless.. no matter how many times I run the program, it will not allow me to complete the firmware update.
The current version is AL05K3. Have tried in regular mode and recovery mode, still same issue.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?
