Epson L1238 Service Required

Hello everyone,

I recently encountered an issue with my Epson L1238 printer, it keeps showing the message Service Required. I have tried turning it off and on again, as well as cleaning the printer head, but the problem still persists. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions on how to fix this issue? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
