Epson l3060 printer not printing properly after

I recently purchased an Epson l3060 printer and have been experiencing some issues with it not printing properly after printing a few documents. The colors seem to be off and the text is blurry. I've tried troubleshooting by cleaning the print heads and adjusting the settings, but the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue with their Epson l3060 printer? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
