Epson printer paper and ink light blinking

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson printer and have been having issues with the paper and ink lights constantly blinking. I have checked the paper tray and ink levels, but everything seems to be in order.

I have tried restarting the printer and unplugging it, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this problem before and found a solution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
