Epson sx400 service required windows 10

Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and now my Epson SX400 printer is giving me a service required error message. I have tried troubleshooting it on my own but haven't had any luck fixing the issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem with their Epson SX400 printer on Windows 10? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
