Epson xp 345 service required windows 10

Dear forum members,

I am currently facing an issue with my Epson XP 345 printer showing a service required message on my Windows 10 computer. I have tried troubleshooting by restarting the printer and updating the drivers, but the problem still persists. Has anyone encountered a similar issue with this particular printer model on Windows 10? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
