Issue with Chipless Code for Epson P600
Background
I ordered a chipless code to update my Epson P600 printer. However, after updating, I started getting the 0x44 fatal error. To resolve this error, I had to swap out the motherboard of the printer. Unfortunately, during the motherboard replacement, I lost the chipless software that I had just purchased.Problem and Request
My Order No. is 177429, purchased on November 12th. Since then, I have not been able to print anything. I am wondering if there is any way to refresh the code to work with the new motherboard in order to clear the 0x44 error.Response
Unfortunately, it is impossible to refresh the code for the new motherboard. Each key can only work with one printer (motherboard). You will need to either repair the motherboard or obtain a new key for your printer.Contact Admin
