Issue with Vivid Magenta Ink Cartridge Recognition
I have the P600, I changed the firmware to chipless using the key and WIC tool from here. I have installed 2 new ink cartridges compatible versions so far and they worked. However, I am installing the Vivid Magenta and I can't get it to recognize it. The two screenshots of the WIC report show the difference when I have a genuine cartridge and compatible ones installed. I have turned the printer off and on again but still, the same error persists. Can anybody help to force this to clear and force it to reset the Vivid Magenta?Questions Regarding Firmware Update
Open and close the ink cartridges case. When I did the firmware update, it all seemed to run straightforward and give the success message without any errors. However, the firmware shown is not AT12GC, even though I thought I followed the instructions correctly. Do I need to re-run the firmware update again? Did I select the wrong firmware at some point during the process, as I don't remember doing that? Or is the firmware choice determined by the given key? My key order number was 17612069. Checking the key status, it says that the key has already been used and I need a new key. So the firmware given was SCP600.NOINKS, but the firmware has not updated on my report tool in WIC.Seeking Firmware App and Archive
Good day. It may be possible that the printer updated firmware again automatically if it was connected to the network, please, check private messages. Where is the link for the firmware app you were talking about? I am looking for the archive but can't seem to locate it.
