Reset counter epson c65 not working

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble resetting the counter on my Epson C65 printer. I have tried following the instructions online but it doesn't seem to be working. Has anyone else encountered this issue before? If so, could you please share any tips or solutions you have found? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
