Reset counter epson et 2405 not working

Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble resetting the counter on my Epson ET 2405 printer. I've tried following the instructions provided online, but it's not working for me. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any tips on how to successfully reset the counter? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
