Reset counter epson et 2813 not working

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble resetting the counter on my Epson ET 2813 printer. I've tried following the steps provided online, but it's not working for me. Can anyone offer some advice or guidance on how to successfully reset the counter on this printer model? I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you!
