Hello everyone,

I recently tried to reset the counter on my Epson L3160 printer, but I am encountering some difficulties. I have followed all the steps correctly, but the reset process is not working as expected. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? Can you please advise me on how to troubleshoot and resolve this problem? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
