Reset Counter Epson M1100

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble with resetting the counter on my Epson M1100 printer. I have tried following the instructions online but it doesn't seem to be working. Can anyone here provide some guidance or tips on how to successfully reset the counter on this printer model? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
