Reset counter epson pm g820 not working

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble resetting the counter on my Epson PM G820 printer. I have tried following the instructions online, but it doesn't seem to be working. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to successfully reset the counter? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
