Reset counter epson wf 2661 not working

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to reset the counter on my Epson WF 2661 printer but it is not working. I have followed all the instructions carefully but still cannot get it to reset. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips on how to successfully reset the counter on this printer model? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
