Reset counter epson workforce st c2100 manual

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson Workforce ST C2100 printer and have been having trouble resetting the counter manually. I have tried following the instructions in the manual, but it seems like I am missing a step. Can anyone here provide guidance on how to reset the counter properly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
