Reset Counter Epson XP-215

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my Epson XP-215 printer. The counter is showing that the ink pads are full and need to be replaced. I have heard that there is a way to reset the counter without having to replace the ink pads. Can anyone provide me with information on how to do this? I would greatly appreciate any help or advice. Thank you.
