reset Epson ET2821 Adjustment Program ink pad

Hi everyone,

I have a Epson ET2821 printer and I am facing an issue with the ink pad. I have tried resetting it using the Adjustment Program but I am unable to do so. Can anyone please guide me on how to successfully reset the ink pad using the Adjustment Program for Epson ET2821?
