Issue with License.exe Recognition of Printer on USB Connection
Troubleshooting Steps
-Replace USB cable
: If you have installed more than 30 printers on your PC, please delete them all or leave less than 30.-
Try different USB ports
- Install WIC reset
and check if the printer is recognized by it.-
Check virtual USB port assigned to the printer
: Ensure it is below 64, especially if many printers are installed in the system.-
Start license.exe with administrator rights
